Pumpkin Chucking Fest is a fundraiser for Coastal Connections Inc hosted by Merrimac Tool Company, Inc and Kramer Scientific LLC. 100% of the proceeds of the event go directly to the Coastal Connections Inc Non-Profit Organization. All funding for the event is donated by its hosts and all time and human power is volunteer!
Coastal Connections Inc is a group that embraces the mentally and physically handicapped community and creates a unique guidance path for them based on the individuals strengths and goals. Each program helps provide day to day skills, vocational skills and educational lessons for each student.

Is there a cost of admission to this event? - NO! All are welcome to join us and listen to the amazing sounds of "Don't Call Me Shirley" and watch pumpkins fly from our catapult at NO cost! Because the event is a fundraiser, the booths do have a cost to participate - but to join us and enjoy the atmosphere is completely FREE!
Is there a cost to park? - Nope! Parking is free!
How much of the monies raised goes to Costal Connections? - ALL OF IT - 100% - The Pumpkin Chucking Event is hosted by Merrimac Tool Company and Kramer Scientific LLC and all of the costs of the event are paid for by them. The people working the booths are all volunteers! 100% of the money we raise (either through checks, raffles, or donations, etc) goes directly to Coastal Connections!
What does the raffle cost?
We have 3 types of raffles this year:
1) A 50/50 Raffle
2) A Wicked Raffle (for high end items, like Patriots Tickets!)
3) A standard Raffle (for great items like restaraunt gift certificates and more!)
The 50/50 Raffle is $1 per ticket - Enter and you recieve a chance at 50% of the "pot". 50/50 tickets are on presale if you cannot make it to our event.
The Wicked Raffle Tickets (for higher priced items) are: $5 each, $20 for 5 tickets, $50 for 15 tickets

The Standard Raffle Tickets are: $1 each, $5 for 6 tickets, $10 for 13 tickets
I understand there will be games and activities at the event? What is the cost for those?
Our activities this year will work off of a "activity ticket". Each booth will have a value (much like a carnival) and your family can decide what they want to put their activity tickets towards.
